About Change Amplifiers Research and Consulting
I’m Jodie, founder of Change Amplifiers Research and Consulting. For 15 years, I’ve partnered with nonprofits and local governments to turn complex information into clarity, action, and real impact. My work blends social science, applied research, and hands-on experience in public and nonprofit systems to strengthen programs, demonstrate impact, and honor the human stories behind the data. I’ve secured $12 million in grants to date, leveraging data-driven narratives to align funding with community needs.
Funders increasingly seek visible impact and transformative change that goes beyond outputs. I provide evidence of deep, sustainable shifts—how programs alter power dynamics, expand access, and drive lasting improvement for communities. My approach translates rigorous findings into compelling stories of change, ensuring funders see both measurable results and the human context behind them.
To improve grant outcomes, I deliver data in clear, decision-ready formats: concise dashboards, narrative summaries, and impact maps that highlight progress, risk, and opportunities. I design evaluations and reporting that align with funders’ priorities, translate complex analyses into actionable insights, and support adaptive strategy. By weaving quantitative metrics with qualitative insights, I help organizations articulate a credible theory of change and demonstrate a track record of learning, accountability, and sustained impact.
I offer a flexible, three-tiered approach that empowers nonprofits to tailor services to their unique needs and capacity. Each tier builds on the previous one, allowing organizations to start with essential foundations and scale up to more strategic, impact-oriented work as they’re ready.

A Note on Grant Outcomes
While my 15-year track record of securing over $12 million in competitive grant funding reflects a strong history of success, it is important to note that no grant writer, regardless of experience, can guarantee a successful funding outcome. Grant awards are ultimately determined by the funding organization based on their own priorities, evaluation criteria, review processes, and available funding. What I can guarantee is my full commitment to producing a thoroughly researched, strategically aligned, and professionally written proposal that gives your organization the strongest possible competitive position.
